Following both Sticky Walnut and Burnt Truffle’s success, we launched our second Kickstarter campaign early in 2016 to open a third restaurant. Thanks to really supportive people (and some famous faces too), Hispi opened its doors in Didsbury, South Manchester in October 2016.
